摘要
采用温室盆栽茎叶喷雾处理方法,研究了不同小麦品种植株对世玛(甲基二磺隆油悬浮剂30 g/L+280 g/L烷基乙基磺酸盐)和阔世玛(1.2%二磺·甲碘隆可分散油悬浮剂)的耐药性。结果表明,不同小麦品种植株对世玛和阔世玛的敏感性存在差异,在10个供试小麦品种中,对世玛耐药性最好的是良星99,最敏感的是临丰3号,其余品种位于二者之间;对阔世玛耐药性最好的是尧麦16,最敏感的是临丰3号。在对除草剂敏感的麦田选用世玛、阔世玛防除节节麦杂草时,一定要先小面积试验确定无危害后再进行大面积推广。
Drug resistance mesosulfuron (mesosulfuron-methyl oil miscible flowable concentrate 30 g/L + 280 g/L alkyl ethyl sul- fonate) and sigma broad (mesosulfuron-methyl and lodosulfuron-methyl-sodium 1.2% oil-based suspension concentrate ) in different wheat varieties was studied by using treatment method of greenhouse potting and stem leaf spray. The result showed that there were dif- ferences in seasitivity of mesosulfuron and sigma broad in different wheat varieties. In the 10 selected wheat varieties, Liangxing 99 was the least sensitive to mesosulfuron, and Linfeng 3 was the most sensitive, other varieties were located between the two. Yaomai 16 was the least sensitive to sigma broad, and Linfeng 3 was the most sensitive. Before chemical weed control was conducted on a large scale in the wheat fields sensitive to herbicide, small-scale experiment must be done to determine the safety.
