摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定异菌脲、氯溴异氰尿酸、丙森锌、苯醚甲环唑、醚菌酯、烷基腈氧基醌、腐霉利7种杀菌剂及其复配剂对番茄早疫病菌的抑制作用。结果表明.不同杀菌剂单剂对番茄早疫病菌均有明显的抑制作用。异菌脲、氯溴异氰尿酸、丙森锌、苯醚甲环唑、醚菌酯、烷基腈氧基醌、腐霉利单剂浓度为0.01~5.00mg/L时.对茄链格孢属菌丝生长抑制率分别为76.15%~100%、8.76%~17.97%、2.01%~70.92%、71.82%~100%、51.35%-71.59%、42.46%~93.87%、32.16%-91.76%;EC50分别为0.03352、77.88650、2.26814、0.72380、0.04956、0.018972、0.018175mg/L。当复配剂异菌脲和腐霉利按质量比2:l,腐霉利和苯醚甲环唑按质量比1:2、2:1.腐霉利和醚菌酯按质量比1:1、l:2.苯醚甲环唑和醚菌酯按质量比1:l、1:2、2:1,异菌脲和苯醚甲环唑按质量比1:2时,均有明显增效;当异菌脲和苯醚甲环唑按质量比2:1时,略有增效;当异菌脲和腐霉利按质量比1:1.腐霉利和苯醚甲环唑按质量比1:1.异菌脲和苯醚甲环唑按质量比1:1时.均有相加作用。
In laboratory, the toxicity effects of seven commercial fungicides including Procymidone etc and their mixtures which had better preventive efficiency on A lternaria Salani were determined by measuring mycelial growth rate were teste. The results showed that each fungicide has obvious inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of Alternaria Salani. In a wide range of fungicide concentrations(0.01-5.00mg/L),the inhibition ratio of Iprodione,Chlorobromoisocyanuric acid,Propineb, Difenoconazole, Kresoxim-methyl, Alkyl nitriles methoxy quinone and Procymidone single agent were 76.15%-100%,8.76%-17.97%,2.01%- 70.92%,71.82%-100%,51.35%-71.59%,42.46%-93.87%,32.16%-91.76%;The EC50 values were 0.033 52,77.886 50,2.268 14, 0.723 80,0.049 56,0.018 972,0.018 175 mg/L;The mixtures of Iprodione and Procymidone with ratio of l:l,Procymidone and Difenoconazole with ratio of l:2,2:l,Procymidone and Kresoxim-methyl with ratio of 1:1,1:2, Difenoconazole and Kresoxim- methy with ratio of l:l,l:2,2:l,Iprodione and Difenoconazole with ratio of 1:2 have particularly obvious synergistic effect.The mixtures of Iprodione and Difenoconazole with ratio of 2:1 have obvious synergistic effect;Iprodione and Procymidone have obvious synergistic effect l:l,Procymidone and Difenoconazole have obvious synergistic effect l:l,Iprodione and Difenoconazole with ratio of 1:1 have slightly synergistic effect.
