摘要
为研究生防菌密旋链霉菌(Streptomyces pactum)对大田魔芋生长发育及其抗病性的影响,于2012-2014年在安康市汉滨区张滩镇进行大田种植试验,在采挖前调查出苗率、株高、冠幅、复叶柄长、叶柄径长及软腐病病株数量,测定复叶的叶绿素与可溶性糖含量。2014年采用灌根方式研究生防放线菌对魔芋软腐病害的防治效果。结果表明,低浓度(10%、20%菌剂与草木灰混合物)有利于出苗;纯菌剂施用下,魔芋生长效果较好,能促进魔芋有机物质的积累;展叶期灌根能有效控制软腐病的发生。
For study the effects of streptomyces pactum to the growth and disease-resistance of konjak, field experiment of planting were carried out in ZhangTan Town, Hanbin District, Ankang municipality during 2011-2013. This paper has researched the rate of emergence, plant height, crown breadth, compound leaf stalk length, leaf stalk diameter to length and number of soft rot strain. Chlorophyll and soluble sugar contents has been determined. It has researched the konjak disease- resistance by root-irrigation on the base of 2011-perennial root.The results showed that low concentrations of actinomyces (10% and 20%) promoted seed germination, pure bacterium agent promoted the growth and the accumulation of organic material of konjac. It could effective control the occurrence of soft rot that root-irrigation in the leaf-expansion period.
