摘要
通过接枝金属锆离子来提高羽绒的保暖性,采用红外分析、ICP测定、蓬松度、保暖率分析以及电镜观察对其接枝效果、保暖性能及其表面形貌变化进行探究。结果表明:经过单宁酸改性的羽绒纤维能明显增加对锆离子的吸附量,经过接枝金属锆离子,羽绒纤维的保暖率提高了5%左右,蓬松度也有所提升。另外,通过对改性前后扫描电镜图片的比较发现:改性前后羽绒纤维的表面形态并未有明显变化,色泽上有略微变化。
In this paper, the heat preservation performance of down fiber was improved by the way of zirconium iron graft. The grafting degree, thermal insulation property and morphology were studied by Fourier transition infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Speetrometry(ICP-AES) , filling power, flat heat preserve tester and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicated the down fiber modified by tannic acid can get more zirconium iron, and the warmth retention ratio of modified down fiber increased 5% or so, and the filling power also increased. Besides, compare to raw down, the morphology of modified specimen showed little change.
