摘要 以天然鳞片石墨为原料,以改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨,氧化石墨经超声剥离后,加入氧化锌,制得了氧化锌/氧化石墨烯复合材料。采用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、UV-Vis、红外光谱、紫外固体漫反射、荧光光谱等检测手段对该复合材料进行系统表征。复合材料的光催化性能测试:将10 mg催化剂加入至100 m L(10 mg/L)的亚甲基蓝溶液,在不同的光源下进行,其中在太阳光下60 min脱色率为98.98%,并对催化剂的重复使用性能进行测试。实验结果表明,复合光催化剂的光催化性能的提高与氧化石墨烯的含量密切相关。另外,对可见光的有效吸收、高效的电子分离和传输速率和对染料的吸附作用提高了复合材料的光催化性能。 Graphite oxide was prepared from natural flake graphite based on a modified Hummers method,then the zinc oxide nan-oparticles were added into the graphene oxide which was exfoliated by ultrasonic dispersion to form the zinc oxide/graphene oxide composites. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, UV-Vis, infrared spectrum, fluorescence spectroscopy, et al. The photocatalytic activity of the zinc oxide/graphene oxide composite was evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue under UV,visble and sunlight irradiation. The degradation ratio of methylene blue is upto 98.98% after 60 min of irradiation under sunlight. The reusability of the composites was tested. The results show that :the outstanding photocatalytic performance has much to do with the addition amount of graphene oxide. Besides,improved visible light absorption,improvements in charge separation, efficient electron transfer, and enhanced adsorptivity of dyes are responsible for the highly efficient photoeatalytic activity of the composites.
