摘要
选取柳州九万山野生茶树春季150个单株作为供试材料,利用紫外分光光度计法(UV)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对柳州九万山野生茶树资源春季鲜叶生化成分进行了较为系统的分析。结果表明,从柳州九万山野生茶树春茶资源中筛选出7株植株生化成分优质的资源,共同表现为水浸出物含量较高,茶多酚含量适中,氨基酸>3%,酚氨比<20,咖啡碱含量>5%,儿茶素及EGCG含量适中:筛选出1株具有高茶多酚(>34%)特性,10株具有高氨基酸(>4%)特性,9株具有高咖啡碱(>5%)特性,6株具有高儿茶素(>180 mg/g)特性,3株具有高EGCG(>50 mg/g)特性。
This experiment took 150 single plants of wild tea trees in spring from Jiuwan Mountain of Liuzhou, and systematic ally analyzed the biochemical component of fresh spring tea leaves by the methods of ultraviolet spectrophotometer(UV) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results showed that the 7 plants high quality with biochemical component were selected from the resources of wild tea trees in the Jiuwan Mountain, together with high content of aqueous extract, moderate content of tea polyphenol, the content of amino acid at more than 3%, the ratio of phenol and ammonia at less than 20, the caffeine content at more than 5% and the moderate content of catechin and EGCG. The test screened out one plant with high tea polyphenol( 〉34%) property, 10 plants with high amino acid(〉 4%) property, 9 plants with high caffeine(〉 5%) characteristic, 6 plants with high catechin(〉 180 mg/g) characteristic, and 3plants with a high EGCG(〉 50 mg/g) characteristic.
