摘要
简单介绍了铝颜料的分类。可以按照铝颜料表面改性剂的不同分类;可以按照铝颜料粒径大小分类;可以按照铝颜料的状态分类;可以按照铝粒子的形状分类;可以按照铝颜料使用效果分类。重点介绍了铝颜料在塑料行业中应用主要通过喷涂、丝印和共混挤出(注塑)三种施工方式来实现的,并比较了三种施工方式的优缺点。
This paper introduces the classification of aluminum pigments. According to the difference of the aluminum pigments surface modification agent; the status of aluminum pigments; the shape of aluminum particle; the application effect of aluminum pigments. This paper focuses on three ways of construction application of aluminum pigments in the plastics industry： spraying process, screen printing process,blending extrusion （injection）, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three ways of construction.
