摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,以皂苷浓度为指标,应用响应面法中心组合试验优化芜菁皂苷的提取条件。确定了芜菁皂苷提取最佳条件为:提取温度61.49℃,提取时间8.16 h,液料比10.50∶1.00(m L/g),甲醇浓度67.30%。在该条件下的理论值为(183.98±5.20)μg/m L与实测值(178.34±2.06)μg/m L无显著差异(P>0.05),说明回归模型拟合程度较高,可用于芜菁皂苷提取工艺的优化。
To optimize extraction process of saponins from Brassica campestris L., the central composite experiment method was used to extract saponins based on the single-factor experiments. In combination with single factor test results, the results of optimum extraction condition was as follows:extracted temperature was 61.49 ℃, extraction time was 8.16 h, ratio of liquid to material was 10.50 ∶ 1.00 mL/g, and methanol concentration was 67.30%. There wasn't significant difference between the predicted value (183.98±5.20)μg/mL and the actual value (178.34±2.06)μg/mL (P〉0.05). It showed clearly that the fitting degree of regression model was well. The optimized extraction process was economical, simple, reasonable and practicable.
