摘要
为研究改性生土坯受力性能,通过添加不同比例的黏土、水泥、石灰等材料制作生土坯,进行受压性能试验研究,寻找最佳改性生土坯添加料配合比。结果表明:增加黏土质量份数配合比,改性生土坯的抗压强度虽略有提高,但变化不大。改性生土坯抗压强度随着水泥含量增加呈直线上升趋势,随着石灰含量的增加,改性生土坯抗压强度先提高后降低,质量分数为18%时抗压强度最高。从总体看,改性生土坯抗压强度较高,它不仅能有效弥补素土坯抗压强度低的缺点,而且还具有免烧结、成型快等优点,并能减少工业污染。
In order to study the stress performance of modified raw adobe, modified adobes were made by different proportion clay, cement, and lime. The best proportion of modified raw adobe additive was found by a series of compression performance test. The results showed that compressive strength of modified raw adobe increased slightly with proportion of clay mass portion increasing. Compressive strength of modified raw adobe presented an upward tendency in a straight line with cement content increasing. Compressive strength of modified raw adobe first increased and then decreased with the content of lime increasing. The compressive strength of modified raw adobe was the highest when the mass fraction of lime was 18%. In general, the compressive strength of modified raw adobe was higher. The modified raw adobes, which had sintering-free, fast-forming and reducing-pollution advantages, could make up for the disadvantage of low compressive strength of plain raw adobes effectively.
