摘要
目的比较珍宝丸与扎冲十三味丸治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效。方法将120例脑梗死后遗症患者随机均分为3组,每组40例。分别给予常规药物加活血化瘀中成药治疗、常规药物加珍宝丸治疗、常规药物加扎冲十三味丸治疗,疗程均为2个月,观察3组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,珍宝丸组及扎冲十三味丸组患者美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);珍宝丸组及扎冲十三味丸组总有效率较对照组高,与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SF-36评分,珍宝丸组及扎冲十三味丸组分别与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,珍宝丸组及扎冲十三味丸组患者的Fugl-Meges评定(FMA)评分及日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论珍宝丸与扎冲十三味丸治疗脑梗死后遗症疗效确切,扎冲十三味丸对卒中后肢体运动障碍疗效更显著,珍宝丸对卒中后情感障碍疗效更显著。
Objectlve To compare the therapeutic effects of Mongolian Medicine Zhenbao pills and Gadiri- 13 pills for treatment of cerebral infarction sequel（CIS）. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with CIS were randomly divided into three groups：The control group（ n = 40） treated with Chinese drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, group A（n = 40） treated with Zhenbao pills, and group B（ n = 40） treated with Gadiri - 13 pills for two months. The therapeutic effects were observed. Results After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） scores in group A and group B were significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. The total effective rates in group A and group B were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was difference in Short Form Health Survey（SF - 36） scores between group A or group B and control group （ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,the Fugl Meyer motor assessment （FMA） scores and the Activities of Daily Living （ADL） scores group A and group B were significantly higher than that in control group（ P 〈0. 01〉. Conclusion Zhenbao pills and Gadiri 13 pills has a definite therapeutic effects in the treatment of patients with CIS. Gadiri- 13 pills has more significantly therapeutic effects in the treat- ment of patients with limb movement disorder. Zhenbao pills has more significantly therapeutic effects in the treatment of patients with affective disorder.
