摘要
由于参数未知的变位斜齿轮加工制造精度难以控制,因此对参数未知的变位斜齿轮进行了测定与再设计,为此类齿轮的加工制造提供了理论依据。对变位斜齿轮的部分参数进行测定,运用理论推导的方法求解未知参数,并且对已测定的参数进行校核计算,对变位斜齿轮进行再设计。通过实例验算可证明推导过程的正确性,并且可以设计出满足生产需求的变位斜齿轮。对上述测定、校核计算、再设计的过程进行总结,为解决同类问题提供了理论依据及计算方法,提高工作效率。
Because of the unknown parameters of modified helical gear processing and manufacturing precision is difficult to control and grasp.So in this paper ,it is to determine and redesign the unknown parameters of modified helical gear for providing a theoretical basis for the processing and manufacturing of this gear. First the part parameters of modified helical gear is measured.Then it solves the unknown parameters to use the theoretical method and checks the calculation that has been determined.Finally, the modified helical gear is redesigned.It can be proved the correctness of the derivation process through example calculation and the modified helical gear can be designed to meet production demands. It is summarized through the determination,checking calculation and redesigning so that it can provide the theoretical basis and calculation method for solving the similar problem and improve the work efficiency.
