摘要
以往实现地浸采铀井场生产自动化,因系统规模大需要大量I/O模块、信号电缆,成本高,布线繁琐,工作量大,现今采用Modbus现场总线实现地浸采铀新建井场生产过程的自动控制,克服以往控制系统存在的上述问题。该系统已经投入运行,并且运行稳定,控制效果良好。
In the past, a well site production automation system of the in-situ leaching of uranium was realized which was need a lot of I/O module and signal cable because of the Large scale system . Such system is expensive, the wiring is complicated and workload is heavy too. Nowadays, the Modbus field bus was used to realize a new well site production process automation control of the in-situ leac- hing of uranium, the disadvantages of the traditional control system was overcome. This system has been put into operation, and has high stability and good control effect.
