摘要
建立了高砷煤矿区酸性矿山废水溪流周围苔藓中砷形态的液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱(LC-HG-AFS)分析方法。该方法以7%HCl为提取剂,95℃水浴提取40min,对苔藓样品中砷形态的提取率为90.67%-97.34%。无机态的亚砷酸盐(As(Ⅲ))、二甲基砷酸(DMA)、一甲基砷酸(MMA)和砷酸盐(As(Ⅴ))的线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9998、1.0000、0.9992,检出限分别为0.47、1.26、0.87、1.16μg/L,加标回收率为91.40%-113.72%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.23%-2.14%之间。研究结果表明,该方法能够快速、准确检测苔藓中上述四种砷形态。
A method using liquid chromatography-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(LC-HGAFS)to simultaneous determine arsenic speciation in bryophytes beside the stream of acid mine drainage has been developed.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the exraction efficiencies in the range of 90.67%-97.34%,linear correlation coefficients of 0.9999,0.9998,1.0000 and 0.9992 for As(Ⅲ),DMA,MMA and As(Ⅴ),and detection limits of 0.47,1.26,0.87 and 1.16μg/L were obtained,respectively.The recoveries of arsenic species for bryophytes were 91.40%-113.72%.The results show that the method can accurately and quickly detect four different arsenic speciation in bryophytes.
