摘要
非均质零件以其性能独特、功能集中、应用范围广等优点,在各个领域有着广阔的应用前景。传统方法采用串行的方法制备非均质件,对于复杂形状及材料梯度三维变化的非均质件制备比较困难,非均质件的使用性能也受到很多限制。快速成型技术为非均质件的制备提供了一种全新的思路,零件成型和材料制备并行完成,不仅可以直接加工微小、复杂的零件,而且在成型过程中可以很方便的改变非均质件内部材料组分。通过对快速成型技术制备非均质件的工艺流程、内部梯度变化及典型工艺的分析可知,快速成型技术使理想非均质件实现了制造的可能。
Heterogeneous parts have a broad application prospect in various fields for its advantages, such as unique properties, concentrated functions and the range of applications. In the conventional approaches, heterogeneity is prepared by serial method, and this method is more difficult to prepare the heterogeneity of complex shape and material gradient 3D changes , the usability of heterogeneity is limited. Rapid prototyping technology offer a new thought to prepare the heterogeneous parts, that is work piece forming and materials preparation can be done in parallel. So it is not only can process tiny or complex parts directly, but also can easily change internal material components in the process of forming heterogeneous. Through the analysis of the process flow, the internal change of gradient and the typical process, rapid prototyping technology make the ideal heterogeneous parts realize the possibility of manufacturing.
