摘要
灌区信息化仍处在快速发展的进程之中,各类信息管理系统不断涌现,由于历史沿革与规划设计等原因,很多系统在数据机构、平台系统、开发技术等方面差异巨大,前后项目建设衔接不畅的现象较为普遍。单就现有系统而言,各系统或应用的数据之间存在较强关联性与互补性,但受限于系统架构,数据未得到充分利用,信息数据的整合应用与共享交互弱化,阻碍了信息化管理整体效能的发挥。因此,灌区信息化建设与管理亟须构建统一的基础数据平台对灌区内各类信息进行整合,实现灌区业务的有效对接与资源复用。
The Informationization of irrigation areas is being in the path of rapid development, various information management systems are constantly emerging. Due to historical evolution and planning, many of these systems vary greatly in terms of data structure, platform system, and development technology, thus a poor connection before and after the project construction is widely seen. As for the existing systems only, there are significantly correlative and complementary between the data of the systems or applications. However, these data haven't been fully used, for the reason that they are restricted by system architecture. The integration, application and sharing of information data are weakened interactively, which is an obstacle of the overall efficiency of information-based management. Therefore, it is urgent to construct an integrated basic data platform for the information-based construction and management of irrigation areas so as to integrate all kinds of information and realize the effective docking and resources reuse of the business within irrigation areas.
