摘要 云南中村铜矿属硫化铜矿石,原矿含铜0.74%。因为该矿石尚未进行开发利用,为了查明该矿石的可选性,通过制定合理的浮选工艺流程及药剂制度,对该矿石进行综合利用。试验确定以优先浮选为原则流程,在磨矿细度-0.037 mm 80%的条件下,粗选条件下以400 g/t水玻璃作为抑制剂、100 g/t丁基黄药作为捕收剂。通过一粗两扫三精的闭路试验获得了品位22.65%,回收率89.85%的合格铜精矿,该工艺流程合理、药剂制度简单用量少,易于工业化。 Zhongcun copper in Yunnan belongs to a sulfide copper ore, which contains 0.74% of Cu. Because it has not been developed and utilized, in order to find out its washability, through a reasonable reagent system and flota- tion process, the ore will be utilized. The priority flotation principle was determined with the grinding fineness of- 0. 037 mm 80% ,400 g/t sodium silicate as inhibitor on the condition of roughing and 100 g/t butyl xanthate as col- lector. Through the closed-circuit test of one roughing, two scavenging and two cleaning, the qualified copper con- centrate with the grade of 22. 65 % and the recovery of 89. 85 % was obtained. The reasonable process with simple re- agent system can be easily industrialized.
