摘要
近年来,高碘对儿童健康的影响日益突出并受到关注。该文综述了高碘对儿童碘营养状况、甲状腺肿大及功能异常、智力体格发育的影响,并对高碘与儿童甲状腺疾病、智力损伤发生的机制进行了综述,为改善高碘对儿童健康的影响、制定相应策略提供依据。
In recent years, the impacts of excessive iodine intake on children＇s health are becoming the research hotspot. This article briefly illustrated the effects of excessive iodine intake on iodine nutritional status of children, goiter and dysfunction, intelligence physical development, mechanism of children＇s thyroid disease and mental injury of high iodine were reviewed, in order to improve the impact of excessive iodine intake on children＇ s health and provide the basis for developing the preventive measures,
