摘要
目的检测患儿急性下呼吸道感染肺炎衣原体(CP)、肺炎支原体(MP)和呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)抗体水平,为临床诊断下呼吸道感染提供参考依据。方法选择2011年4月-2014年4月医院儿科病房收治的急性下呼吸道感染患儿1 256例为感染组,同期选取342例非急性呼吸道感染患儿为对照组,对比两组患儿CP、MP和RSV IgM抗体,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行分析。结果感染组患儿CP、MP和RSV IgM抗体阳性率分别为25.2%、31.7%和27.9%,明显高于对照组的2.6%、3.5%和3.2%(P〈0.05);1∽3岁患儿CP、MP和RSV IgM抗体阳性率最高,分别达59.3%、65.4%和62.3%,明显高于其他年龄组患儿(P〈0.05);CP、MP和RSV IgM抗体在支气管炎、毛细支气管炎、支气管肺炎、大叶性肺炎、间质性肺炎等疾病各组间阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 CP、MP和RSV IgM抗体检测有助于患儿急性下呼吸道感染的诊断,适合在临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To detect the antibody levels of Chlamydia pneumoniae(CP) ,Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) and respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) in children with acute lower respiratory tract infection ,so as to pro‐vide evidences for clinical detection of acute lower respiratory tract infection .METHODS Totally 1256 children with acute lower respiratory tract infections admitted and treated in the pediatric department during Apr .2011 to Apr .2014 were selected as the infection group ,and 342 children without acute lower respiratory tract infection during the same period were selected as the control group .CP ,MP and RSV IgM antibodies were compared be‐tween the two groups .Data were analyzed with the software SPSS 13 .0 .RESULTS The positive rates of CP ,MP and RSV IgM antibodies in acute lower respiratory tract infection group were 25 .2% ,31 .7% and 27 .9% ,signifi‐cantly higher than 2 .6% ,3 .5% and 3 .2% in the control group (P〈0 .05) .The positive rates of CP ,MP and RSV IgM antibodies in 1∽3 year old group were 9 .3% ,65 .4% and 62 .3% ,significantly higher than those in other groups(P〈0 .05) .There were no significant differences in CP ,MP and RSV IgM antibodies among children with bronchitis ,bronchiolitis ,bronchial pneumonia ,lobar pneumonia or interstitial pneumonia .CONCLUSION Detection of CP ,MP and RSV IgM antibodies can help diagnosis of acute lower respiratory tract infection in chil‐dren ,w hich can be applied in clinics .
