摘要
分析了某公司四流圆坯连铸机铸坯易出现表面裂纹、凹坑和浇铸拉漏等问题的原因,提出采用电动缸振动装置替代带偏心轮的四连杆机构、新增结晶器电磁搅拌等措施,对该连铸机进行改造。实践证明:四流圆坯连铸机改造后,出现表面裂纹、凹坑的铸坯数量明显减少,漏钢率从0.18%降至0.07%,铸坯中心等轴晶率显著提高,验证了技术改造措施的正确性。
Analyzed are the causes for the common quality problems as staying with the company's 4-strand round casting machine like surface-borne crack and pit, and frequent breakout. As a result, the revamp proposal is made and implemented, which mainly includes measures like replacing the eccentric gear 4-bar linkage vibrating mechanism with an electric cylinder vibrator, and adding a mould electromagnetic stirring device. Thanks to the revamp, the after-revamp operation of the casting machine shows that the proportion of billets with surface cracks and pits is remarkably reduced, the breakout rate is decreased from 0.18% to 0.07%, and the billet central equiax crystal rate is obviously enhanced, which proves the correctness of the above mentioned technical revamp measures.
