摘要
目的:探讨教师团队心理资本与团队成员组织公民行为的关系以及工作满意度的中介作用。方法:采用问卷调查法,以湖南省6个地市多所中学的48个教师工作团队610名成员为调查对象,运用多层线性模型分析团队心理资本与团队教师的工作满意度及其组织公民行为的关系。结果:1团队人际型心理资本对团队成员工作满意度和组织公民行为有积极促进作用;2教师工作满意度在团队人际型心理资本与成员组织公民行为之间起部分中介作用。结论:教师工作满意度在团队心理资本与成员组织公民行为之间有中介效应。
Objective: To explore the relationship between teachers' team psychological capital and followers' organiza- tional citizenship behavior: the mediating of job satisfaction. Methods: Forty-eight work teams(48 work teams and 610 fol- lowers) from six cities in middle schools completed questionnaire survey. Hierarchical linear mode(HLM) was applied to an- alyze the survey data. Results:①Hierarehical linear modeling results revealed that work team interpersonal-oriented psy- chological capital was positively related to their followers' organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction. ②Work team members' job satisfaction was a cross-level mediator between work team interpersonal-oriented psychological capital and followers' organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: Teachers' job satisfaction partially mediates the relation- ship between work team psychological capital and followers' organizational citizenship behavior.
