焚烧发电厂储坑渗滤液在CSTR厌氧消化系统中递进式进料有机负荷极限研究

Study on the Organic Loading Limit in CSTR Anaerobic Digestion by Semi- continuous Feeding for the Leachate from the Bunker of Waste Incineration Power Plant

摘要 在连续搅拌反应器(CSTR)系统中采用递进式提高有机负荷,研究中温(35℃)条件下垃圾焚烧发电厂储坑渗滤液与猪粪混合厌氧消化的规律及其系统有机负荷极限。结果表明,有机负荷率(OLR)为2.08g VS/(L·d)~6.24 g VS/(L·d)时,递进式进料方式的CSTR厌氧消化器可稳定运行,且随着OLR的提高,系统的日产气量和甲烷含量增加;在有机负荷为6.24g VS/(L·d)阶段,通过控制进料间隔时间使消化系统稳定后,能获得5000~7300m L日产气量其中甲烷含量为45%以上。有机负荷增加到8.32 g VS/(L·d)时,厌氧消化系统随渗滤液的加入变得不稳定,所产气体甲烷含量逐渐趋于零,即使通过控制进料间隔时间,系统也难于稳定。有机负荷进一步提高到10.40 g VS/(L·d)时,系统已无法维持。 This article utilized progessive semi -continuous pattern to improve the organic load in continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR) systems. Under mesophilic (35℃) condition, this research studied the discipline and the organic load limit of anaerobic co - digestion. The co - digestion process contained the mixing of the stored bunker leachate from waste incineration power plant and pig manure. The results showed that the anaerobic digester of CSTR could stably operate when Organic Loading Rate (OLR) ranged from 2.08 VS/( L · d) to 6. 24 gVS/( L · d). Daily gas production and methane content of the system has increased when OLR increased. At the organic load stage of 6.24 gVS/( L · d), the system was capable to obtain daily gas production of 5000 -7300 mL (with more than 45% of methane). When OLR increased to 8.32 gVS/( L ~ d), the digestion system became unstable with the addition of leachate and the methane content approached to zero gradually. The digestion system was difficult to stabilize even through the control of feeding interval time and the system could not be controlled when organic load further increased to 10. 40 gVS/(L · d).
