摘要
2007-2013年对甘肃陇南重要小麦生产品种‘中梁27’在甘肃省不同生态区进行了全生育期抗条锈特点研究和苗期抗条锈基因推导分析,结果表明:‘中梁27’全生育期对接种的条锈菌CYR29、CYR31、CYR32、Su11-4、Su11-7、Su11-11、Su11-13、HY4、HY7、HY8表现抗病,对CYR33表现中抗-中感,对新菌系贵22-9、贵22-14表现感病。对自然诱发的条锈病,从2012年开始在甘肃田间表现感病。苗期对24个国内外供试条锈菌单孢菌系的抗性谱与已知基因载体品种不一致,推测含有未知抗条锈基因。
The wheat cultivar ‘Zhongliang 27’was an important wheat planting variety in Longnan region,Gansu Province at present time.In order to evaluate its resistance to stripe rust,artificial inoculation of differential races of Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici (Pst )including CYR31,CYR32,CYR33,Su11-4,Su11-7,Su11-11,Su11-13, HY4、HY7 and HY8,G22-9 and G22-14 were made in Lanzhou greenhouse (Institute of Plant Protection,Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,IPP-GAAS)at seedling stage and Gangu testing station of IPP-GAAS at adult stage,and natural induced pool at different locations in Gansu Province during 2007-2013.The results showed that the wheat variety ‘Zhongliang 27’was resistant to above 80% testing isolates except new isolates G22-9 and G22-14 of Pst .Since 2012,‘Zhongliang 27’was susceptible to natural stripe rust in fields at different locations in Gan-su Province because of new pathogenic type G22.By artificial inoculation of 24 Pst isolates at seedling stage in Beijing greenhouse (Institute of Plant Protection,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,IPP-CAAS)at seed-ling stage,we found that ‘Zhongliang 27’has different resistance spectra from the varieties with known resistant genes,postulating that there may be unknown resistant gene in the variety.
