核电厂循环水泵电机摆度问题分析与处理 被引量:2

摘要 针对防城港核电站一期循环水泵主电机在带齿轮箱空载运行过程中存在的"电机导瓦瓦温异常升高,达到报警值,导致无法进行带载试验"问题,对循环水泵主电机轴瓦腔室润滑油油质、电机径向导瓦瓦隙、径向导瓦工作面、电机转轴摆度、电机径向导瓦探头信号测量通道等方面进行了排查,对电机转轴摆度超标致因进行了分析归纳,提出了电机转轴轴线与推力头镜板摩擦面不垂直,引起电机转轴摆度超标,利用刮削电机推力头锁环,解决了电机推力头与主轴配合较松问题。研究结果表明,通过现场刮削电机推力头锁环,能够解决电机锁环厚薄不均匀、传动轴摆度超标等问题,使电机转轴摆度及振动、温度等各项运行参数在验收标准之内。 Aiming at the problem that the temperature of motor spindle bearing rise abnormal, achieve the warning value, which make it impossible for load test, during the Fang Cheng Gang Nuclear Power Station I Phase circulating water pump motor in no-load operation process with the gear box, inspect lubricating oil quality of bearing chamber, radial bearing bush gap, work face of radial bearing, motor shaft swing, probe signal measurement channel and so on. The motor shaft swing due to exceed the standard were analyzed and summarized the motor shaft axis and the thrust head mirror plate friction surface is not vertical, which collse motor shaft swing exceeded, the head and spindle motor thrust with the loose problem was solved by scraping the lock ring. The results indicate that scraping motor thrust head lock on the site, motor lock ring can solve the problem of uneven thickness, the drive shaft swing standard and so on, so that the motor shaft swing and vibra- tion, temperature etc. various operation parameters in the acceptance standard.
