摘要
通过阐述现代物流配送中心的一般作业流程和功能区划分,利用改进的SLP方法分析现代物流配送中心各功能区之间的物流和非物流相关性,研究功能区间的综合相互关系,确定功能区位置和占地面积,布局设计辅助服务部门,然后采用数学解析法,建立以物料搬运成本最小、功能区间非物流关联邻接度最大为目标的函数,最后通过算例验证该方法的可行性,能够得到科学合理的布局方案。
Through expounding the general operation process and functional zone division of modern logistic delivery center, by using improved SLP method, this paper analyzes the logistic and non-logistic correlation between each functional zones of modern logistic delivery center, studies comprehensive interrelation between the functional zones, determines the location and land area of functional zone, arranges and designs auxiliary service department, and then, by applying mathematical analytic method, establishes the function which taking minimized materials handling cost and maximized non-logistic correlation contiguity of functional zone as the objects, in the end, by the example, the feasibility of the method was validated, and the scientific and reasonable program could be achieved.
