摘要
针对非对称规则SPWM采样的特点,计算得到了矿用VVVF变频器逆变桥开关控制变量的时域模型。运用双重傅里叶分析方法,对三相逆变桥差模输出电压进行了频谱分析,揭示了其基带谐波分量、载波带谐波分量及其相关边带谐波分量的频谱分布规律。基于Simulink搭建了非对称性规则SPWM采样变频器的仿真模型,制作了VVVF变频器实验样机,并在仿真和实验的基础上对理论研究结论进行了验证。
According to the characteristics of asymmetric regular SPWM sampling, calculated the mathematical model in time domain of the VVVF converter's switch control variable. Using double Fourier analysis method, the spectrum at the three-phase inverter's output differential mode voltage was analysed , which revealed the distribution of the baseband harmonic, carrier harmonic and their sideband harmonic. Setted up the simulation model of asymmetric regular SPWM sampling converter based on Simulink, and made the mineused VVVF converter's experimental prototype, which verified the theory based on the results of simulation and experiment.
