摘要
报道了自动导引运输车(AGV)用锂离子动力电池的研制。通过优化电池结构设计,优选正负极配方,降低了电池内阻,提高了电池倍率充电性能,使电池5 C恒流充电容量达到总充电容量的92%以上。按照AGV电源使用方式进行2.5 C大电流充电3 min、0.12 C小电流放电60 min不间断循环测试,测试循环过程中的温度变化,循环测试1 000次,电池温升只有不到2℃,循环1 000次后测试电池1 C容量几乎没有衰减。
The research of lithium-ion power battery for automatic guided vehicle (AGV) was introduced. The internal resistance was reduced and the characteristic of rate charging was improved by selecting the compounding of negative and positive electrode: CC (constant charge capacity)/CT (total charge capacity) reaches more than 92% at 5 C. The battery was charged for 3 min at 2.5 C and discharged for 60 min at 0.12 C according to the AGV using way, and continuous charge and discharge test was conducted in this way. After 1 000 cycles in this way, the temperature rise of the battery is less than 2 ℃, and the discharge capacity at 1 C doesn't almost decrease.
