摘要
脑卒中是一种具有高发病率、高病死率、高致残率特点的疾病,全球脑卒中防治形势严峻,抗血小板聚集治疗能够有效预防缺血性脑卒中的发生及复发,目前已有多项关于抗血小板药物治疗效果的研究,本文针对抗血小板聚集药物的作用机制及药物特征,以及新型抗血小板药物进行综述,旨在提高临床医师对各种抗血小板聚集药物的认识,在缺血性脑卒中治疗中谨慎选择抗血小板聚集药物。
Stroke is a disease that featured high morbidity , high mortality and high disability rate .The treatment of stroke faces with a grim situation world wide .Anti-platelet aggregation therapy is effective in the prevention of the occurrence and relapse of ischemic stroke .At present, there are already multiple researches about the diversity of anti -platelet drugs.This study made a review of mechanism and characteristics of anti -platelet aggregation drugs and new -type anti-platelet drugs , in order to improve clinical doctors′knowledge about various anti -platelet aggregation drugs and help them make wise choices of anti-platelet aggregation drugs in the treatment of ischemic stroke .
