摘要
基于冷库火灾事故的处置难点,将冷库火灾事故划分为火灾、氨泄漏、火灾与氨泄漏并存三种情况,并依据事故发生的严重程度分别对冷库火灾和冷库氨泄漏事故进行四级划分。以所需水罐车数量作为力量需求的主要内容,综合考虑冷库的建筑特点、扑救难点及调度人员的主观因素分别对三种火灾事故类型提出了力量调集方案。
On the basis of practical research, cold storage acci- dents could be divided into three types., fire, ammonia leakage and the both. Based on the types of the cold storage fire and ac cidents, the level of the fire and ammonia leakage accident of cold storage was respectively ranked into 4 levels. Taking the water tanks number as the main demand, and considering the building features of cold store, fire-fighting difficulty and sub- jective factor of dispatcher, fire-fighting forces requirement was put forward for 3 types of accidents.
