摘要
为评价利用球孢白僵菌F08菌株的分生孢子粉和奋斗呐5%可湿性粉剂制成的双效毒蝇绳对家蝇的控制效果,本研究对其在室内笼中、室外猪舍和垃圾处理场环境条件下对家蝇的控制效果进行了测试。结果表明:1室内和室外试验条件下,双效毒蝇绳对家蝇的控制效果都优于奋斗呐毒蝇绳和球孢白僵菌毒蝇绳。3种试验条件下,双效毒蝇绳对家蝇的校正防治效果与球孢白僵菌毒蝇绳间有极显著差异(P<0.01);且在猪舍试验条件下,其校正防治效果与奋斗呐毒蝇绳组1周时有显著差异(P<0.05),2周时有极显著差异(P<0.01)。2球孢白僵菌对家蝇的感病率仅在室内笼中狭小空间时在球孢白僵菌毒蝇绳组和双效毒蝇绳组有显著差异(P<0.01),而在猪舍或垃圾处理场试验条件下无显著差异(P<0.05)。说明双效毒蝇绳中的球孢白僵菌F08菌株与奋斗呐具有较好的兼容性,一起对家蝇发挥很好的控制作用。
In order to evaluate the control effect of the double poisonous ropes, being made of Beauveryia bassiana strain F08 and Fendona SC5, the control effect and infection rate of Musca domestica L. were tested in cages indoor and pigpens and destructor plants outdoor. The results showed that the corrected control effect of the double poisonous ropes were higher than B. bassiana ropes and Fendona ropes and caused highly significant difference with the B. bassiana ropes indoors and outdoors, and also higher than Fendona ropes in pigpens which its caused significant difference by one week and highly significant difference by two weeks respectively. When considering the infection rate between the B. bassiana ropes and double poisonous ropes, there was a significant difference only indoor and no difference in pigpens or destructor plants outdoor. These showed B. bassiana strain F08 and Fendona in the double poisonous ropes have good compatibility and play a very good control effect on house fly, M. domestica together.
