摘要
为了研究阻化剂对煤的阻化特征,在搭建小型试验平台的基础上,采用PG-250A烟气分析仪,连续测定了3种煤加入阻化剂前后,150℃低温氧化过程中的CO释放量。结果显示:Mg Cl2的阻化作用前期优于后期,抗氧剂A的阻化作用后期优于前期,2号凝胶在整个氧化过程中有优良的阻化效果。研究表明:3种阻化剂的阻化规律不同,对同一煤样的阻化效果也不尽相同;并且由于煤质的差异,同种阻化剂对各煤样的阻化效果也有差别;3种阻化剂的阻化作用由强到弱为:2号凝胶、Mg Cl2、抗氧剂A。
To study inhibitory character of inhibitor to coal for preventing coal spontaneous combustion,based on building a small-sized experiment platform and using advanced gas analyser PG-250 A,CO yields of three kinds of coals with different properties was determined continuously in the process of low temperature( 150 ℃) before and after adding different inhibitors. Results display that: Mg Cl2 has better inhibitory effect in earlier stage than in later stage; conversely Antioxidant A has better inhibitory effect in later stage than in earlier stage; Gel 2 has eximious inhibitory effect in the whole oxidation progress. Study indicates that: the three inhibitors have different inhibitory laws,their inhibitory effects to the same coal sample are not so identical; in addition,because of the difference of coal property,the same inhibitor's inhibitory effect to various coals is different; ranging form inferior to superior by inhibitory effect,three inhibitors are Gel 2,Mg Cl2 and Antioxidant A.
