摘要
瑞士与德国设立多个针对性强的钟表类技术工人专业培养项目,并采用需求导向型现代学徒制人才培养模式,以企业学徒培训为主导,融入学校以职业行动能力为培养目标和职业工作任务为载体的理论教学,成就了其钟表王国的美誉。面对我国钟表人才培育市场严重匮乏的现状,天津现代职业技术学院联合海鸥集团,将学校系统教育与企业全方位深度融入,尤其重视企业技艺精湛师傅的传帮带,探索出一条符合中国国情的"现代学徒制"人才培养之路。
Switzerland and Germany set up a number of targeted programs to train watches category skilled workers, and adopt the demand-oriented talent training mode in modern apprenticeship, which taking the apprenticeship training in enterprises as the leading part in the combination of school theoretical teaching with the training objective of vocational action ability and the carrier of professional work,and resulting in its achievement of Clock Capital.In view of current serious shortage of watch talents in Chinese market,Tianjin modern vocational and technical school cooperated with Gull group,integrated the systematic school education with enterprises training fully and deeply,es-pecially the skilled master’ s mentoring,so as to explore a talents training path of modern apprenticeship in line with China’ s national conditions.
