摘要
目前,合流制溢流(CSOs)污染仍是我国大多数城市老城区排水系统的一个顽疾,并已成为环境水体污染物的主要来源之一,CSOs调蓄池作为控制CSOs污染的一种有效措施,在国内外诸多城市得到越来越多的应用。从CSOs水质水量特征、调蓄池规模设计方法、调蓄池模型及实时控制等方面对CSOs调蓄池在控制CSOs污染方面的国内外应用及最新研究进展进行了综述,以期为中国CSOs调蓄池污染控制策略的制定、合流制排水系统升级改造、调蓄池优化设计、科学系统的决策等提供参考。
Combined sewer overflow pollution remained a chronic illness in most old cities of China currently, which has become one of the major sources of water pollutant, as an effective measure to handle combined sewer overflow pollution,storage tanks have being numerous applications in many cities of domestic and abroad. The latest research progress on study and application of storage tanks for controlling combined sewer overflow pollution in do- mestic and aboard were reviewed in this paper,including the following four aspects:water quality and quantity charac- teristics of combined overflow, the method of storage tank scale design, mathematical models and real time control. The results would provide reference for making strategy of storage tanks on CSOs pollution control, upgrading com- bined sewer system, optimal design of storage tanks, and policy decision scientific and systematical.
