摘要
目的：研究肋间臂神经保留对于乳腺癌术后恢复的疗效影响。方法：选取本院自2011年2月--2014年3月间收治的110例患者，随机分组之后，对照组采用保守治疗，观察组采用肋间臂神经保留治疗法，对比分析2组患者淋巴结清扫数目、手术时间以及手术上臂内侧感觉变化。结果：经过分组治疗之后，2组患者在淋巴结清扫数目以及手术时间比较上差异不显著。另外观察组患者的患侧上臂内侧感觉异常发生的概率均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。结论：采用根治术保留肋骨间臂神经，可以有效的改善患者的术后上臂内侧感觉障碍以及提升患者的生活质量。
Objective： To study the effect of intercostal nerve for postoperative patients with breast cancer recovery. Methods ： select 110 cases in our hospital from 2011 February -2014 year in March from patients, after randomization, control group with the conservative treatment, the observation group with intercostal nerve therapy, compared two groups of patients the number of lymph node dissection, op- eration time and operation in the upper arm lateral sensory changes. Results： after the group after treatment, two groups of patients with node dissection number and operation time compared no significant difference in lymph. Probability also observed in the medial lateral up- per arm of patient feel groups were abnormal were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： using the radical resection of rib intercostobrachial nerve reservation, can effectively improve the medial upper arm sensory disturbance in patients after surgery and improves the quality of life in patients with.
