摘要
对硝酸分银渣进行了强化浮选富集金银—2次硝酸分银—水氯化法提金选冶联合流程试验研究与生产实践。通过小型试验获得了最佳工艺条件,并进行了试生产,其海绵金直收率和回收率分别达到了92.40%、98.05%,技术经济指标较好。该工艺设备简单,操作方便,不使用特殊化学试剂,成本低,金、银回收率高。
An experimental research on the combined process, as well as the production practice, of intensified ilo-tation to enrich gold and silver - twice nitric separation of silver - aqueous chlorination is carried out toward silver resi-due from nitric acid separation. Lab tests obtained the optimal technical parameters and pilot production was also con-ducted. The direct recovery rate of sponge gold is 92.40 % and the recovery rate is 98.05 % , indicating satisfactorytechnical indexes. The process requires non-complexand is low in cost with high gold and silver recovery
