摘要
目的评价心理疏导及行为干预在CT增强扫描患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取本院收治的80例CT增强扫描患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例;观察组实施心理疏导及行为干预,对照组采取常规护理,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定患者情绪状态,对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者护理满意度为97.50%,明显优于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对CT增强扫描患者应用心理疏导及行为干预,有利于缓解患者焦虑情绪、提高满意度,确保检查顺利完成。
objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the psychological counseling and behavior intervention for CT enhanced scanning patients. Methods 80 patients of CT enhanced scanning patients who received treatment in our hospital were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given psychological counseling and behavior intervention, and the control group adopted routine nursing care. Self - rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self- rating Depression Scale （SDS） were used to evaluate the patients＇ emotional situations, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS, SDS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care was 97. 50% , obvi- ously better than 80.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of psychological counseling and behavior intervention to patients with CT enhanced scan is beneficial to relieving patients＇ anxiety, im- proving satisfaction and ensuring the smooth implemetation of examiantion.
