摘要
多孔陶瓷大部分被应用在精密器件的制备中,由于其孔隙尺寸较小,其缺陷检测容易受到各种因素的综合影响,检测效果较差。本文将多频涡流和机器视觉技术相结合,设计了一种新的多孔陶瓷缺陷检测系统,该系统利用加权平均和二值法对扫描图像进行处理,可以检测多孔陶瓷的孔隙率缺陷,利用多频涡流的幅频分布特性可以检测多孔陶瓷孔隙分布的均匀性缺陷。最后通过测试得到了多孔陶瓷机器视觉无损检测的产品合格率和多频涡流幅频特性分布,通过测试结果发现该系统能自动对多孔陶瓷进行检测,检测的速度和精度都较高,提高了无损检测技术的自动化程度。
The porous ceramic is mostly used in precision device fabrication, due to its pore size is smaller, its defectdetecting is vulnerable to influence the various factors and the effect of poor detection. By using machine vision andmulti-frequency eddy current nondestructive test method, this paper designed a new kind of porous ceramic defectdetection system. It used the weighted average and the two-value method to scan image in this system.The porositydefects can be detected by using multi-frequency eddy current ,and amplitude frequency distribution characteristicscan detect the pore distribution uniformity defects of porous ceramics . FinaUy, through the test, in order to get thenondestructive test of porous ceramic machine vision product qualified rate and multi frequency eddy current amplitudeand frequency characteristics of distribution.The test results shows that the system can automatically detect the porousceramic, which can improve the level of production automation with fast speed and high precision.
