摘要
针对电励磁同步电机有刷问题,限制电励磁同步电机在易燃易爆环境中的应用,本文提出来一种新型混合转子无刷电励磁同步电机。该种电机的定子上嵌有两套不同极数的定子绕组,取消了电刷和滑环,使结构更加简单牢固。本文详细介绍了该种电机的结构、运行原理和能量流通关系。并对无刷电励磁同步电机的气隙磁场进行分析,进一步揭示该种电机的磁场调制原理和机电能量转换机理。在此基础上,用有限元软件Ansoft对无刷电励磁同步电机进行建模,对无刷电励磁同步电机的电动机运行方式进行了仿真研究,并研制了一台8+4极无刷电励磁同步电机的样机。并对样机的空载和负载进行了实验研究,实验结果表明该种电机具有很好的性能,且功率因数可调。为该种电机的进一步研究奠定了技术基础。
Based on electrically excited synchronous machine with brush problem, electrically excited synchronous machine is limitedly applied in inflammable and explosive environment. This paper proposes electrically excited brushless synchronous machine with hybrid rotor which is a new type of AC machine. There are two sets of windings with different pole numbers on the stator. It eliminates the brushes and slip rings which make the structure simpler and stronger. In this paper, the structure characteristic, working principles and power flow relationship of electrically excited brushless synchronous machine are introduced. The air-gap magnetic field of this kind of machine is analyzed, thus it further reveals this kind of machine's magnetic field modulation principle and mechanism of electromechanical energy conversion. On this basis, the model of electrically excited brushless synchronous machine is established by Ansoft finite element software. The model of motor operation is simulated. And a prototype machine with 8+4 poles was developed. Besides the prototype machine with no-load and load is researched and the experimental results show that the performance of prototype machine is very good and power factor can be adjusted. It lays the theoretical basis for further research of this kind of machine.
