摘要
水城广场地下展厅层高10.22 m,顶板为密肋梁结构,次梁轴线间距3 m。模架支设高度高,支设面积大,施工难度高。支撑体系采用碗扣式钢管脚手架和扣件式钢管脚手架相结合的形式。通过对模架体系采用创新设计,梁底轴线位置设单排立杆,梁底主龙骨采用贯通钢管,同时兼作模架上部水平杆,保证了模架的整体性。
The underground exhibition hall of the Watertown Square is 10.22 m high, its roof is a dense rib beam structure and the axial spacing among junior beams is 3m. Formwork is supported highly and in a large area, so there are great construction difficulties. The support system was composed of bowl- buckle type steel tube scaffold and fastener type steel tube scaffold. The formwork system design was innovated to set single row of vertical pole along the axial line of the beam bottom. The main skeleton at the beam bottom is made of through-type steel tube and it was also used as the upper horizontal pole of the formwork carrier, successfully ensuring the integrity of the formwork cartier.
