摘要
通过改变晶形调节剂和调节碳化温度合成了不同晶体形貌、不同粒径大小的纳米碳酸钙,并研究了纳米碳酸钙晶体形貌及粒径大小对硅酮胶力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,纳米碳酸钙粒径越小,制得的硅酮胶强度越高、拉伸模量也相应提高;片状纳米碳酸钙能够制得更低模量、更高伸长率的硅酮胶。
By altering crystalline form modifier and adjusting carbonization temperature, nano calcium carbonate of different crystalline shapes and particle sizes are synthesized. The article studies the influences of crystalline shape and particle size of nano calcium carbonate on the mechanical property of silicone sealant. Testing results show the smaller the particle size of nano calcium carbonate is, the stronger the silicone sealant becomes, and the tensile modulus is improved correspondingly. Flake uano calcium carbonate can be used for the production of silicone sealant with lower tensile modulus and higher elongation.
