摘要
研究了锆盐体系加工AZ91D镁合金的失效过程,分析了电解液pH值、导电率、温度变化值与失效过程的规律,以及失效对试样的耐蚀性、致密度和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:失效过程引起电解液的pH值升高,电导率增强,温度变化值减小;试样耐蚀性先下降后上升,致密度先上升后下降,而膜层出现微观"河床"形貌。
The failure process of zirconium salt system for the micro-arc oxidation of magnesium alloy AZ91D was studied,the regularities of pH, conductivity and temperature variation of electrolyte within the failure process were analyzed, and the effects of failure on corrosion resistance, density and micro morphology were studied. The results show that: the failure process causes pH growing, conductivity enhancing, temperature shift decreasing; corrosion resistance first decreasing and then increasing, the density first increasing and then decreasing, while the "bed" morphology appears on the film.
