摘要
应急刹车阀是飞机应急刹车系统的核心部件,用于应急刹车系统对输出压力的控制。而输出压力精度要求高,调试较复杂。本文通过对刹车阀结构及其工作原理的分析,找出了影响应急刹车压力的因素,并应用Hypneu软件仿真分析出阀的最佳参数,从而优化了应急刹车阀调试方法。
Emergency brake valve is a core component of the emergency brake system, which is used for pressure output control in the system. Because the output pressure of the valve is in need of high precision and the debugging process of the valve is very complicated, this paper identifies the factors that influence the emergency brake pressure by analyzing the structure and working principle of the brake valve and optimizes the emergency brake valve de- bugging method by applying the software Hypneu to simulate and get the optimal parameters of the valve.
