介绍了100 kt/a硫磺回收装置的原理、工艺流程、装置特点等。详细阐述了影响SO2排放的制约因素。通过对原料、工艺、设备、仪表和催化剂等制约因素以及开停车期间遇到的问题加以分析,采取了相应的措施。硫磺回收装置运行1年多,排放尾气中SO2质量浓度小于400 mg/m3,取得了很好的经济和环保效益。
Principle, process flow and equipment characteristics of 100 kt/a sulphur recovery unit are introduced. Constraint factors influencing S02 emission are discussed in detail. Corresponding measures were taken by analyzing constraint factors with respects to material, process, devices, instrument and catalysts. Since operation of the sulphur recovery unit, the SO2 concentration in dis- charged tail gas was less than 400 mg/m3, with better economic and environmental benefits.
