HIF-1α、VEGF及HIF-1α/VEGF轴在子宫内膜癌中的表达研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 缺氧诱导因子-1(Hypoxia inducible factor-1,HIF-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)参与大多数恶性肿瘤的局部侵润和远处转移,它们目前已经成为了肿瘤预防和治疗的新靶点之一。子宫内膜癌作为较典型的乏氧型实体肿瘤,HIF-1和VEGF在其发生和进展中起着至关重要的作用。越来越多的实验研究表明,处于缺氧状态下的肿瘤组织中HIF-1α能够在基因水平上直接调控VEGF的表达,从而诱导新生血管的形成,肿瘤细胞能够利用新生血管的血供对抗由于肿瘤细胞快速的增殖所导致的低氧状态,这一过程不断循环,HIF-1α/VEGF轴在此过程中发挥了重要作用,使得肿瘤组织能够得以持续不断生长,侵袭和转移。本文综述了HIF-1和VEGF,及HIF-1α/VEGF轴在子宫内膜癌中的表达及研究进展,可能对子宫内膜癌的早期诊断,临床治疗及预后评价有重要意义。
