摘要
针对西山煤电集团公司杜儿坪矿井下复杂困难巷道围岩大变形,支护构件破坏严重,巷道支护效果不佳的现状,分析评价了现有托板存在结构不合理、预紧力矩转化效果差、承载力不足等问题,严重影响了巷道支护的整体效果。通过对现有托板及附件的合理优化,在托板厚度由14mm降为10mm的情况下托板的承载力提高了92.5%,锚杆预紧力在相同预紧力矩情况下提高了70%左右。通过井下工业性试验证明,井下支护构件破坏情况明显改善,巷道支护效果得到显著提高。
For the current roadway supporting problems including large deformation, serious failure of supporting components and bad supporting effect in Duerping Colliery, Xishan Coal and Power Corporation, it was found that irrational plate structure, bad conversion effect of pre-tight moment and insufficient bearing capacity were main influence factors.By optimizing current plate and its components, the bearing capacity of plate increased 92.5%when plate thickness reduced to be 10mm from 14mm, and pre-tight force increased a-bout 70%under the same pre-tight moment.Underground test showed that supporting components’ failure obviously reduced and sup-porting effect largely improved.
