摘要
介绍了一种以PLC为核心,采用模糊控制算法的热水温度控制系统,并对模糊控制的基本结构和参数设计以及系统的软、硬件设计进行了详细阐述。该系统中,以太阳能为基础,通过采用模糊控制实现了对加热时间的合理优化,实现了加热棒的电能节约。在实际的应用中,体现了节能、高效等优点,达到了实际中的控制需要。
This paper describes a kind of temperature control system which is composed of PLC. Fuzzy control algorithm was used for the system. The basic structure of fuzzy control, parameter design, and system software and hardware design was expounded. In this system, based on solar energy, the fuzzy control achieved reasonable optimization of heating time and saving electric energy of the heating element. In practical applications, the system reached practical need which embodies energy saving and high efficient, etc.
