摘要
针对半潜式平台水密滑动门结构的疲劳问题,以烟台中集来福士正在建造的半潜式钻井平台的水密滑动门结构为对象进行疲劳强度分析。建立平台整体三维有限元模型,进行简化疲劳分析,筛选位于疲劳敏感位置处的滑动门开孔,比较水密滑动门开孔处不同的结构模拟方法,对不同结构模拟方式的子模型进行疲劳谱分析计算,得到不同结构形式子模型结构谱分析疲劳寿命,得出较为合理的平台水密滑动门疲劳强度加强方式。
The fatigue strength of the watertight sliding door structure of semi-submersible drilling platform constructed in CIMC RAFFLES is analyzed. A 3D finite element model is established, and the simplified fatigue analysis is performed to estimate the fatigue strength of the structure. Based on the scanting result, different form of the WT sliding door openings in critical areas are selected to analysis and compared. According to the results, hot spot area is selected to do spectral fatigue analysis, so as to obtain the reasonable strengthen method.
