摘要继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进（secondary hyperparathyroidism，SHPT）是指各种原因所致的1，25（OH）：D，缺乏、低血钙或高血磷刺激甲状旁腺过度分泌甲状旁腺素而引发的综合征，以慢性肾功能衰竭（chronic renal failure，CRF）引起的SPHT最为常见。临床可表现为骨痛、骨骼变形、肌痛、肌无力、顽固性皮肤瘙痒、骨骼外钙化、血压增高、食欲下降、
