摘要 天然气的主要成分是甲烷,天然气开采、处理和输送作为一项高技术、高风险的生产活动,各种形式的天然气泄漏成为影响环境与安全的隐患。可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术具有高选择性、高灵敏度、快速响应等特点,已经广泛应用于痕量气体浓度检测中。本文提出一种基于TDLAS的开放式激光检测甲烷浓度系统,该系统主要采用了波长调制光谱技术和二次谐波检测技术。在开放光程下,研究甲烷气体的特征吸收谱线,测量了六种浓度甲烷气体。将该系统应用于甲烷气体检测中,有利于安全生产,具有广泛的实际应用价值。 The methane is main component of natural gas, in natural gas exploiting, processing and transporting, natural gas leak is dangerous for environment and security. Tunable diode laser absorption speetroscopy(TDLAS) technology has been widely used ira atmospheric trace gases detection, because it has a lot of advantageous characteristics, such as high sensitivity , good selectivity, and rapid time response. This paper presents a remote measurement system by using tunable diode laser absoq^tion spectroscopy, this System employed the second-harmonic detection of wavelengtil modulation spectroscopy. This paper characteristics of methane gas absorption lines, measuring six kinds of concentrations of methane gas in the open path. The system is applied to the detection of methane gas, it is conducive to safe production and a wide ranae of praetieal applications
