摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对宫颈癌根治术后并发症的效果。方法随机将我院收治的100例宫颈癌根治术患者分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组术后并发症发生率、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组尿储留、淋巴囊肿等并发症发生率、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌根治术后实施综合护理干预能够降低并发症发生率,并改善护理质量。
Objective To study the effect of postoperative nursing interventions for postoperative complications after radical surgery for cervical carcinoma. Methods We divided 100 radical surgery for cervical carcinoma cases into two groups randomly,50 cases in each group. The control group using conventional nursing intervention,the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention. Compared postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction index of two groups.Results The urinary retention,lymph cyst incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of observation group were significantly better than that of control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The postoperative nursing interventions could reduce postoperative complications after radical surgery for cervical carcinoma,and improve the quality of care.
