摘要
目的：分析研究老年患者进行综合护理管理对于预防腹部手术之后肺部感染的影响。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月实施腹部手术老年患者资料88例实施回顾性分析，将88例患者随机分为两组，比较两组患者的护理效果，将结果进行统计学分析。结果对照组患者在第1～5d的排痰量和观察组比较有差异（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论老年患者在手术之前以及手术之后实施综合护理管理，能够减少患者出现肺部感染率。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing management for the prevention of pulmonary infection after abdominal operation.Methods Selection in March 2013 to March 2014,88 cases of elderly patients with abdominal surgery data in executing a retrospective analysis of 88 patients were randomly divided into two groups,compared two groups of patients,the nursing effect of the results for statistical analysis.Results The difference between the patients in the control group and the patients in the first day to fifth days was significantly different from the observation group（P〈 0.05）, and it was statisticaly significant. Conclusion Elderly patients before surgery and after surgery to implement comprehensive nursing management,can significantly reduce the rate of patients with lung infection,should vigorously promote the use in the clinical nursing work.
